Physician Registration
Registration includes all program sessions, meals, exhibit hall breaks, receptions and special events. Once you have registered, you will be able to reserve a hotel room under the meeting block. Each registered attendee will have access to one hotel room reservation in the discounted meeting block. Registration for the conference does not guarantee hotel availability and you are encouraged to book the hotel early before the room block sells out. Adult guests must be registered in order to participate in conference meals.
Registration refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@envisionsummit.org by December 10, 2019. Return requests will incur a $200 service charge for physicians and $100 for other category registrations. There will be no refund for cancellations or no-shows after December 10, 2019.
