2025 Hotel Room BLOCK Rate
$399/night
$30 will be added to the room rate per night per each additional 3rd and 4th adult staying in the room. Room rates are quoted exclusive of resort fees and taxes.
Resort Fees: In addition to the rates above, all rooms are subject to 9% tax. The daily resort fee is waived.
Check-In/Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00PM, check-out time is 12:00PM. The Bell Services Staff can arrange to check baggage for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out. Late check-out may be available at an additional cost.
Reservation Guarantee: All room reservations require a prepayment of one night’s room and tax by guest to be charged upon reservation.
Cancellation: There is a 72-hour cancellation policy to avoid penalty. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival date, one night’s deposit plus tax will be forfeited.
Early Departure Fee: After arrival, guests departing earlier than reserved will incur an early checkout fee.
Transportation
Ground transportation from the airport will not be provided by EnVision Summit. If you are arriving prior to 9:00 pm, Ubers and taxis are readily available at the airport and may cost approximately $50, depending on demand. If you are arriving after 9:00 pm, taxis and Ubers are more difficult to find, so we recommend pre-arranging transportation.
